Book Harvest, Durham Parks team up with book boxes

DURHAM, N.C. — To ensure that kids are reading all summer, Durham Parks and Recreation and local nonprofit Book Harvest have partnered to install book boxes at two parks across the city. The book boxes will provide families in Durham with ongoing access to literacy resources so they can thrive in school and life, according to a press release.
