Our Hiring Process
We're committed to building a team of diverse talents and strive to make our hiring process transparent, rigorous, and fair. Here's what you can generally expect:
Step 2: Exploratory Calls and Interviews
A team will review your application and determine a group for initial conversations. We'll schedule a brief exploratory call to get to know you and discuss the role in more detail, plus 1-3 live interviews, depending on the role. To ensure fairness and reduce bias, our interviews are structured with pre-determined questions and scoring criteria.
Step 3: Demonstrating Your Skills
Some roles may require a work sample to showcase your abilities. We provide clear guidelines for any work sample requests.
Step 4: Final Steps
We'll check references for finalists and conduct a background check for the selected candidate upon offer acceptance.
