This week, we celebrated a milestone: the 200th child enrolled in Books in a Box! That’s 200 kids receiving 20 brand-new books and a heartfelt letter from their incarcerated parent—building connection and comfort through the power of books.
Since launching in 2023, Books in a Box has mailed more than 2,200 books to children in 90 towns across the country. Each package is more than just books—it’s a bridge between parent and child, a reminder that love and literacy know no bounds.
