Recipe for a really fun Saturday:
Invite a bunch of children who love to read (and parents who love to read to their kids) to Book Harvest.
Make sure you have plenty of beloved children’s books (that’s not a problem in our office!).
Add lights and a camera…and what do you get?
Well, you’ll have to wait a few weeks to see what we’re cooking up next with our friends from Artauro Productions and Andrea Cash Creative, but we promise it will be worth the wait! In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek:
Among our readers today were big fans of Jeff Kinney, Shel Silverstein, Rick Riordan, and Roald Dahl, as well as the Magic Treehouse books and Dork Diaries, of course. Said 7-year-old Stella, “I love to read because sometimes I get really deep in the story and if feels like I’m actually in it.” Which is probably why she loves Magic Treehouse–what fun books to get deep into!
