The legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is celebrated each year on the third Monday in January, an official day of service. We explore King’s connections to North Carolina here, and have compiled a list of events and service opportunities happening in and around the Triangle leading up to and on his day of remembrance, which is Monday, Jan. 17.
