Through its Hendrick Cares and Share the Love programs, Hendrick Subaru Southpoint is all about giving back to the community. That’s why they signed on to sponsor Dream Big in 2019, and for Dream Big 2020, have committed to being our first ever Dream Sponsor, with a pledge of $25,000 or more.
General Manager Anna Latta explained why Hendrick Subaru Southpoint chose Book Harvest as a community partner: “I felt Book Harvest was really dear to what we wanted to establish as a community partner because they do something that is unique: they actually follow a child through its life and allow that child to be able to enrich themselves with books and reading. We feel very honored to be able to associate ourselves with them.”
The Share the Love program runs from November 15 through January 3. During this event, every customer who buys a car at Hendrick Subaru Southpoint has the opportunity to select from one of several nonprofit partners, including Book Harvest. Then, Hendrick Subaru Southpoint will make a $250 donation to that nonprofit on behalf of the customer. Last year’s Share the Love event brought in $21,242 in donations!
