Jeff is a seasoned, strategic, mission-focused, and process-minded leader responsible for overseeing all of Book Harvest’s daily business operations and administration, and for scaling programs to a broader environment. He implements the strategic vision and leadership of the organization; oversees programs and related services; evaluates the effectiveness of internal operations, external relations, and programs; helps to promote and diversify funding through effective resource stewardship; and enhances the structure of the organization by staying abreast of developments in literacy, systems of care, education, and early childhood policy and advocacy, at the local, state, and national levels.

Jeff joined Book Harvest after more than a decade at Family Connects International where he served most recently as National Director of Programs leading internal and external operations, building strategic partnerships with philanthropy and community organizations (Book Harvest among them) and overseeing program launches in multiple states. He also spearheaded the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, showcasing his dedication to social justice and anti-racist policies.

Jeff holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts from Drury University.
