Start Date: November 2023

Smrithi received her Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

She has worked for three years in the creative industry and three years as a people consultant and HR generalist. Smrithi brings a unique mix of experiences to Book Harvest that help her understand the end-to-end HR lifecycle needs of an organization and enables her to reach people in the most effective manner.

She loves non-fiction books, a well made cappuccino, practicing yoga, being around people with whom she can be her authentic self.

She is hopeful that committed grassroots action and a focus on empowerment through education can overcome the broader technological, political and social forces pulling people apart
