What she does at Book Harvest: Gabby is the one you will most likely see if you’re dropping off or picking up books. She develops relationships with the Book Harvest community by assisting the Book Bank and various program teams on capacity building and book provision projects. She is also bilingual and an exceptional translator!

Favorite Children’s Book: The Magic Tree House books by Mary Pope Osborne

Likes & Loves: Gabby loves playing piano, french horn, and singing, as well as spending time with her orange tabby cat. She believes in the power of a good nap.

Where she studied: Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Bachelor of Music in Horn Performance from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio

Experience: Since high school she has worked closely with children through babysitting and tutoring, volunteered at various non-profits in North Carolina and Ohio, and gained experience in customer service.

What she hopes for: Gabby hopes for accessible and equitable education and books for all children around the world.
