On Tuesday we celebrated GivingTuesday, the annual day of global giving. And while the focus was on supporting nonprofits with time, talent, and treasure, Book Harvest turned it into a book party! We celebrated the day with fun staff interviews, a volunteer group, a fashion show, and storytimes! And we even had an actual party in our Family Space complete with snacks, music, and — you guessed it — free books!
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised $6,240 in just 24 hours. We are beyond grateful!
